*Special notice for Returns in regards to COVID-19

We have changed our return policy. As of March 17th we have extended our return policy from 14 days to 30 days on a permanent basis. If you are not able to meet these requirements I please ask that you email us as soon as possible in regards to your situation. I also please ask that if you are returning a set that you answer any questions I may have for you honestly and truthfully. This is in place so that I can control this situation at hand and look after you, our other customers and myself to the best of my abilities. I thank you for your understanding during this time. 


At Euphoric Collection, we know how hard it can be finding a good swimsuit that fits! This is why we offer returns on a full priced item for store credit only. Provided that:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item is returned in the original packaging, with hygiene tags still attached, unworn in the original condition. 
  •  The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
  •  Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  • We do not accept a 'change of mind' for reason of return.
  • Shipping fees are non refundable both initial and returns

Please note: Because each and every piece is handmade with a made to order service we will not accept refunds. However, you can use the store credit to purchase the correct size that you need! It is the customer's responsibility to check their sizing and match it with Euphoric Collections sizing chart or email us if you have any questions or if you would like some help!

Any sale or discounted items are final sale and therefore CAN NOT be returned. No exceptions. This is inclusive of the products in our 'sale fabric' section and our ready made items! When buying sale items please make sure to double check your measurements either with our sizing chart or email us!

How do I return my item?

1. Check your items are in perfect condition and correspond with the statements above. We will not accept any items that have been worn or damaged in any way.

2. Email with your name, order number and the items you wish to return.

3. Please allow up to 1-3 working days for us to reply to your email and send you an address to send the items too. We are not liable for any lost items so we suggest you make sure the items are sent with tracking! 

4. Once we receive your return and have done a thorough check on all items, we will email your store credit in the form of a gift card for you to shop storewide! 

In the event of a faulty swimsuit please email with your name, order number and photos of the faulty swimsuit within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange an exchange, store credit or refund! 

Euphoric Collection is a handmade business, therefore, there may be a slight variation between each product due to human error. There may also be slight changes to product designs overtime due to correcting and perfecting designs! These changes will NOT change the sizing of garments.

Please Note: If you are buying from any country apart from New Zealand, you may be required to pay customs tax to receive your order in your country! This is the customer's responsibility to pay and to know what your laws are in your country in regards to your tax system. This is not Euphoric Collections responsibility and we will not take ownership of any fees that may apply to you. Please make sure to do your research and check out your custom tax laws before ordering from Euphoric Collection! 

By ordering through Euphoric Collection you agree to all of the terms and conditions regarding exchanges and refunds and all other information. 

If items are returned and do not comply with the statements above then the refund will be denied and the bikini will be sent back to the customer.
