Return Policy

We completely understand how hard shopping online can be and sometimes even after considerable thoughts and thorough checks - we understand mistakes can be made!

No worries babe! We truly want you to love our garments and we would hate for you to spend your hard earned money and not be incredibly happy with your purchase!

We offer exchanges on ALL garments! How good right!? We understand it is an investment to buy from us, but just know that we are here to look after you and we will make sure that you walk away with the perfect garment! Fill out the form below or get in touch with Natasha at info@euphoriccollection.co.nz to organise your exchange! Make sure you have read our exchange policy below before getting in touch, we have a few requirements you need to meet before we can arrange an exchange with you!

EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your Euphoric Collection swimwear and loungewear garments which is why we offer exchanges on all garments provided that:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is returned in the original packaging.
  • If you are returning swimwear the hygiene sticker must not be removed. Please try on your swimwear bottoms over underwear.
  •  The item was not purchased on sale. Sale items cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.
  •  Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Please note: We do not accept refunds. Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM:

1. Check your items correspond with the statements above. We will not accept any items that have been worn or damaged in any way. The hygiene sticker MUST not be removed. We will NOT accept any bikinis that have had the hygiene sticker removed.

2. Fill out the form below or email info@euphoriccollection.co.nz with your name, order number, the items you wish to return and the items you wish to be exchanged with for the return and, the correct/ up to date address that we will  send your new items too once they have been made.

3. Please allow up to 1-3 working days for us to reply to your email. We will send you an address to send the return items too. The customer will cover the cost of the return. We are not liable for any items lost during transit so we suggest you make sure the items are sent with tracking.

4. Once we receive your return and have done a thorough check on all items, we will then go ahead with making your new items. We will send you an email with your tracking number for your new items once they have been dispatched. Please allow up to 5 business days from when we receive your returned items, until the day your new items have been made and dispatched. We will do our best to get your new items back to you as soon as possible!

If items are returned and do not comply with the statements above then the exchange will be denied and the swimwear will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

In the event of a faulty swimsuit please email info@euphoriccollection.co.nz with your name, order number and photos of the faulty swimsuit within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange an exchange. Has a garment you have owned for years broken a clasps? We will replace that for you for free! Follow the steps above and we will replace this for you as soon as possible!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Euphoric Collection is a handmade, made to order business, therefore, there may be a slight variation between each product due to human error. There may also be slight changes to product designs overtime due to correcting and perfecting designs. 

By ordering through Euphoric Collection you agree to all of the terms and conditions regarding exchanges, refunds and all other information.
