Care Instructions

So you've made an order with us! Thank you so much for supporting this kiwi owned and operated, slow fashion business!

The key to having good quality clothing that will last for seasons to come is not only through the manufacturing process and making sure the garments are made well (and trust me your new garments from us are made with lots of love and care!), but it is also how much love and care you put into looking after your clothing too!

Caring for your garments properly is so important in keeping them clean and long lasting! Follow the steps below to keep your garments in good condition from the first wear to the very last!

CARING FOR YOUR LOUNGEWEAR

Cold hand wash or gentle machine wash with mild detergent.

Wash inside out.

Wash with like colours only.

Line dry out of direct sunlight.

Iron at a low temperature.

Do not soak.

Do not bleach.

Do not spin dry.

Do not dry clean.

Do not tumble dry.

TIPS

Our loungewear garments do shed lint but as long as they are washed and cared for properly you won't have any problems! Only wash your loungewear if it get's stained (if it gets stained wash it immediately) or when it starts to smell. Make sure to lint roll your garments after each wash (or whenever you desire) and make sure to pay close attention to the crotch area. This area is where the most friction and build up of lint will occur, a simple lint roll or lint shave (watch some YouTube videos on how to do this correctly) and your loungewear garments will stay clean and beautiful for seasons to come!
