SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES
As you all know unfortunately, we do not have control over the shipping times. However, we do our best to choose couriers who have exceptional service/ efficient delivery times and couriers who we trust to make sure your order arrives exactly where it is intended too!
Below our are current transit times (Transit times do not include lead times).
- Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed, sewn and shipped (This time frame does not include transit times). You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and then another email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- Every order is sent out with signature required with delivery.
- Every order is supplied with a tracking number, please check your inbox and junk folders for this email.
- Euphoric Collection is not liable for any incorrect information given when shipping information is asked of you at check out. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund you or to make your order again to replace the previous order. As a customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order.
- We are not liable if a parcel is stolen or goes missing from your address if you have requested the parcel to be left without a signature.
- Any parcels that are returned to us due to either a wrong address provided or if a parcel has not been claimed, will be shipped back to the customer at there own expenses.
- We are not responsible for any delays if your parcel gets held up in customs.
- We are unable to redirect your parcel once it has been dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES
- All customs fees, foreign taxes or other fees associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information before purchasing.
- All prices online do not include custom clearance fees. This may be applicable for you depending on where you live so please check this before placing your order.
